Instructions:
Place the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat in the base of your baking tray, oven dish, roasting tin or frying pan.
Place your chosen food, without adding any fat or oil, onto the non stick silicone baking mat and cook as normal by your chosen method.
After use, simply wash in warm soapy water or place in the top rack of the dishwasher.
Warning:
Do not heat the mat to above 250¡ãC.
Do not put in direct contact with flames or heating elements.
Do not use sharp objects on the mat and do not use it as a cutting surface.
