Roman Lace Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.This design has two different motifs separated by a geometric ribbon in its lace border design.The mat measures approximately 2-3/4 x 15-3/8 inches, with the border design measuring approximately 2-3/8 x 15 inches. The mold is highly flexible and durable. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal! FDA approved.This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes.
