Rose Line Garland Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.This elegant Rose Line silicone lace mats consists of four different designs. The largest fuller Rose border design measures 15 x 3-1/4. The middle two designs are the same except the the full roses face opposite directions allowing you to create a left and right facing rose motif. They measure 15 x 2 inches. The last rose more leafy border measures 3-1/2 x 15 iches. This lace set allows you to use different but complemetary lace patterns on each tier of a cake. Once made, the lace can be easily cut to fit your design needs. All lace mats work very well as an impression mat too!The mold is highly flexible and durable, and measures 2-3/4 x 7-3/8 inches. Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C). Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal! FDA approved. This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes.
